ClearML SaaS Platform Terms of Use and EULA

Welcome to the ClearML Platform (“Platform”), fully developed and owned by Allegro Artificial Intelligence Ltd. (“Allegro”). We thank you for choosing to use our Platform or to experiment with it.
The following are terms of use governing your use of the ClearML Platform as a service (“ClearML SaaS Platform”). These terms of use (“SToU”) include additional terms related specifically to the ClearML SaaS Platform and are addendums to the general ClearML Platform terms of use (“ToU”). By accepting the SToU, and by using an Allegro product, service or an application, you are also accepting all terms and conditions of the ToU, which, for your convenience, are available at https://clear.ml/legal/general-platform-tou/. These SToU terms are also available at https://clear.ml/legal/saas-platform-tou/
All capitalized terms in this SToU, not specifically defined in it, shall be construed by their definitions set in the ToU.
The SToU, alongside the ToU, apply and govern the use of the ClearML Platform, products, services, and Platform applications, by any user of the ClearML Platform free services (“CML-Free”), and, by any user of the ClearML Platform paid SaaS and Cloud products, services and applications (“CML-SaaS”).
Please read the SToU, as well as the ToU, carefully and thoroughly. You can accept and execute the SToU and the ToU, by signing up or logging in the Platform, clicking one of the sign up or login buttons on the sign up or login screen.
1. Right of access and Right of use
As long as you comply with all of the ToU and SToU terms and conditions, but subject to the ToU and SToU term and terminations conditions, and as long as the CML-SaaS License, where applicable, remains in force and within its term, Allegro hereby grants you, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege, to access and to use the Platform (“Platform License”).
Furthermore, and as long as you comply with all of the ToU and SToU terms and conditions, but subject to the ToU and SToU terminations terms, and as long as the CML-SaaS License, where applicable, remains in force and within its term, Allegro grants you additional rights, in respect to some features and tools of Platform, by and according to the End User License Agreement found at the last section of the ToU.
We may change any of the terms in the SToU or ToU by posting revised terms on our website and by an email or by In-App notification. Unless you terminate your account, the new SToU and/or YoU will be effective immediately upon posting and apply to any continued or new use of the CML-Free or CML-SaaS services. We may change the CML-Free and/or CML-SaaS services or any of their features at any time, and we may discontinue these services any features of theirs at any time.
2. CML-Free Platform License specific terms and limitations
Platform License for a CML-Free user (“CML-Free Platform License”) is granted free of charge and with no obligation for any fee to be paid by the CML-Free user.
CML-Free Platform License is limited for the access and use only for the unlocked and available products, applications and services of the Platform, as provided by Allegro, and might be changed from time to time, all, according to Allegro’s sole discretion.
CML-Free Platform License is not granted to any specific period of time, but Allegro is entitled and may revoke any CML-Free Platform License, of any user, at any time, and for any reason, according to Allegro’s exclusive and sole discretion.
The CML-Free Platform License does not include an obligation for any service level objectives, and the CML-Free Platform License does not include any form of additional services.
3. CML-SaaS licenses specific terms and limitations
All CML-SaaS licenses are sold by a ClearML Reseller (“Reseller”).
CML-SaaS License are governed by the ToU and this SToU and are purchased as a package of usage rights, specifications, privileges and usage limitations as well as pricing indications based on certain usage metrics of the ClearML SaaS platform (“Specific Application Rights”). A complete list of the Specific Application Rights can be found here: https://clear.ml/pricing/ or, as specified on the relevant ClearML Apps purchased application, as applicable.
However, as the CML-SaaS License and its associated Specific Application Rights were purchased from a Reseller, and not directly from Allegro, all aspects relating directly to the terms of the purchase , such as, but not limited to, the terms of purchase cancellations, refunds policy, billing, collection, relevant taxes, and other such matters relating to the purchase terms, are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the Reseller, which can found here: https://paddle.com/legal-buyers/
CML-SaaS License is limited for the access and use only for the unlocked and available ClearML Platform applications, products and services, and to the time period, as provided by the Specific Application Rights.
CML-SaaS License does not include an obligation for any service level objectives.
