Customer: Contracting entity. User: individual accessing Services. Personal Data: identifiers used for authentication, contact, and billing. Usage Data: interaction logs and device/browser information. Metadata: non‑PII created by use of the Services to support functionality.

A. Information You Provide: account data, support communications. B. Automatically Collected: limited meta-data and usage logs, device data, and cookies. C. Third‑Parties: authentication/SSO providers.
