ClearML, as it is defined in the Terms of Use, is committed to protecting personal and usage data of Customers and Users. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share Personal Data, Usage Data, and metadata in connection with our SaaS Services.
2. Essential Definitions
Customer: Contracting entity. User: individual accessing Services. Personal Data: identifiers used for authentication, contact, and billing. Usage Data: interaction logs and device/browser information. Metadata: non-PII created by use of the Services to support functionality.
3. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide: account data, support communications. B. Automatically Collected: limited meta-data and usage logs, device data, and cookies. C. Third-Parties: authentication/SSO providers.
4. Use of Personal and Usage Data
ClearML may use a third-party payment processor (such as Paddle Inc) to process subscriptions and other fees. When you provide payment details, those details are processed directly by our payment processors and are subject to their privacy terms. We do not store any payment details on our systems.
5. Legal Obligations and Regulatory Compliance
ClearML complies with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and global privacy laws, applying data minimization and user rights. For international transfers, approved mechanisms (e.g., DPF/SCCs) are used.

ClearML maintains an ISMS aligned to ISO 27001 and employs technical and organizational measures appropriate to risk.
7. Service Quality and Data Privacy Measures
We process only minimal data necessary for authentication and functionality, and we maintain consistent privacy and security measures across service formats.

ClearML DOES NOT share with affiliates/subprocessors or any other third party, any personal data, unless obligated by law or regulation to do so, and only if requested by legal authorities when required, or as part of business transactions, with safeguards.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing in accordance with applicable laws.
